Experience: I have been working as a clinical Dietitian since 1999 and currently work in a public hospital as well as in private practice. My experience comes from thousands of hours of individual consultations for clients of all ages and a variety of conditions. I also have experience with group programs for Diabetes and Weight Management.
Specialise in: Weight Management, Diabetes, Eating Disorders and Children’s nutrition.

I believe that we often know what to do, but need assistance to make those changes to our lifestyle. This will be my job. I will use Health Coaching strategies to assist you to make these changes.

After you fill out an online dietary assessment form, you will receive a tailored nutritional program, which is both completely personalized and flexible. After this we will communicate weekly via email to keep you motivated and continue tailoring and improving the program based on your body's response.
